In order to avoid cross-infection between pets, Maokids Pet does NOT accept any forms of exchange or return. However, if there is a defect from the manufacture, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to exchange a replacement.

The default local delivery companies are Nimbus and Ant Express, and the default mailing company is Canada Post. (Please note that orders may be delayed due to weather or other force majeure events.
